This is a large Boxelder Maple bowl, measuring 13-3/8" diameter and 4-1/2" tall. It will hold plenty of salad, popcorn, or whatever you want to put in it. It will also make a nice centerpiece for your table when you want to show it off.

The curve on this bowl fits perfectly in your hands. The rim slops inward, and is slightly undercut. This helps to keep food in the bowl where it belongs, but it also gives your hand and thumb a nice place to easily grasp and pick up the bowl - even when full. The base is sized proportionately to the overall diameter so that the bowl is stable and will not tip over.
